Order Processing Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Orders placed after 2pm GMT, at weekends, or on holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, including tracking information where available.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the order date. Delays can occur due to courier issues, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control.
Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel's journey. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of ordering, please contact us at info@aurorababyco.com.
Customs, Duties and Taxes (International Orders) International customers may be responsible for import duties, taxes and customs charges applied by their country's customs authority. These are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Missing, Lost or Damaged Parcels If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@aurorababyco.com within 30 days of dispatch so we can investigate with the courier. If your parcel arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and product and email us within 48 hours of delivery.
Incorrect Shipping Address Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We are unable to reroute parcels once they have been dispatched. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
